How to make a Spiced Pumpkin Martini
Yum! There’s something special about cold nights, bright leaves… and a tasty fall cocktail.
Here’s the secret behind this seasonal favorite from the Beverly’s Lakeview Lounge at The Coeur d’Alene Resort. Wendy Lang, manager of The Coeur d’Alene Club, shows us how it’s done:
2 oz. Pinnacle Pumpkin vodka
¾ oz. cream
¼ oz. simple syrup (or sweeten to taste)
1 ½ tbsp. pumpkin puree Garnish with nutmeg
To make the puree, Beverly’s Chef Tyler Schwenk recommends roasting the pumpkin for ½ hour at 350 degrees.
Blend it in a food processor with apple cider, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and honey to taste.
Enjoy and share! Or to sample Beverly’s version of a Spiced Pumpkin Martini, come enjoy it after hours by the fireplace while listening to Robert Vaughn. Pure bliss.
