The Northwest’s finest Wok cookery, with outstanding Asian fare prepared in a display kitchen and served with flair. Open for lunch and dinner in magnificent surroundings. Bonsai Bistro is located just a few steps from the Resort’s front door.

Japanese dining is an experience involving all of the senses. From the moment you approach Bonsai Bistro, you will immerse yourself in all things Japanese. The trickle of a waterfall and the running stream that surrounds the enclosed outside dining area at the contemporary restaurant invite you to slow your pace and enjoy the scenery. Once inside the spacious entry, done in classic Japanese décor, the serenity of Asian hospitality enfolds you.

Bonsai Bistro offers three inside dining areas. Just off the entryway, an eating bar extends from the liquor bar at the far side of the room. The lower dining room features tables on a central island surrounded by a koi pond or dining on the perimeter of the room with views of the resort and marina. In the upper dining room, a traditional rock garden takes center stage, with tables spaciously arranged. Tables alongside picture windows in this room offer expansive views of the lake.

For parties of 10, Bonsai offers the “chef’s table” experience, where a selection of Pan-Asian cuisine is served in a private dining room ($40 per person).
