Join us for the Wine Barrel Sample Reception at 5:30 PM on Saturday, January 30th.
Leading up to a 6:00 PM dinner deliciously paired with the hand-crafted red wines of Robert Karl Cellars... alongside a menu with components of Lobster Risotto,
Duck Prosciutto, Chorizo, Buffalo (and other dishes that end in "Oh!").
We are ready to put on a great evening, itching to show off some of the tricks and techniques our Chef has honed with charcuterie, wild game, and hedonistic pleasure - natural foods to accompany such flavorful and intense wines as made by Joe and Rebecca Gunselman.
