Wine 101 with Eric Cook, Sommelier of Beverly's

The world of wine is big. And the never-ending stream of new wineries and re-discovered grape varieties make it difficult to get your palate primed! To battle this anxiety, we present our award-winning Wine Educator and Sommelier, Eric Cook as he leads you through the college course he created, "Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Wine But Were Afraid To Ask." And, in addition to the regular coursework, we follow this academic tasting with dinner and wines that you help choose!

Friday November 13, 2009 we will get started at 6PM tasting our first 4 wines before embarking on 4 more wines and 4 courses of dinner. Price per seat is $90. per person ++ and includes the evening's notebook you take home with you!
