Ironman Coeur d'Alene
Athletes from around the world participate in the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile cycle course and finish with a full marathon. Ironman Coeur d'Alene is one of several national qualifiers for the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
Summer Concert Series
Every Thursday evening from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the Riverstone Park in Coeur d'Alene. Live entertainment venues continue each Thursday through August 27th.
Independence Day Parade
4th of July parade on Sherman Ave, downtown Coeur d'Alene. 11:00 AM starting at 15th street and ending on Northwest Boulevard. Food and vendor booths in the city park along with concerts and kids activities all day long. Grand fireworks show at dusk approximately 10:00 PM.
Singin' in the Rain
Often referred to as the "Greatest movie musical of all-time", Singin' in the Rain, presented by Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre, shows at the Kroc Center at 7:30 PM on select dates through July 29th.
Coeur d'Alene Garden Tour
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM – Tickets will be available at local garden centers. Price is $15 in advance and $17 on tour day. The tour will feature several unique and beautiful gardens. Live music and artisan vendors will be stationed throughout the gardens with garden-related items for sale.
Around the World in 80 Days
7:30 PM -9:30 PM – The Kroc Center – Back by popular demand, Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre presents a staged reading of Around the World in 80 days.
Art on the Green & Street Fair
3-Day event through August 31st. Over 250 vendors, daily entertainment, food, fine art, crafts and much more. Free shuttle bus between – A Taste of the Coeur d’Alene, Art on the Green at North Idaho College and the downtown Street Fair.
Showcase Celebrity Golf Event
PGA Tour professionals and celebrities gather to play a nine-hole exhibition round of golf for the Community Cancer Fund at The Coeur d'Alene Resort. Gallery tickets available beginning July 6th.
Shrek, The Musical
7:30 PM – The Kroc Center – Presented by Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre. Showings on select dates through August 23rd. An enormously funny and positively charming un-fairytale about an ogre, a princess, a donkey and a whole lot of fairytale creatures. Join the fun as we journey through the swamp!
Kids Draw Architecture
Aspiring artists & architects have a chance to work with local experts as they walk through Downtown Coeur d’Alene and sketch local architecture. An exhibit of the original drawings are at the CDA Public Library in the lower level during the month of October.
On Golden Pond
7:30 PM – The Kroc Center – A stage reading, presented by Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre. Join Ethyl and Norman Thayer who live on Golden Pond as they and their family explore turbulent relationships and difficulties faced by a couple in the twilight years of a long marriage.
Craig Campbell Concert
7:00 PM – The Kootenai County Fair Grounds - Craig Campbell will be headlining the North Idaho Fair & Rodeo’s opening night concert. This year’s show will conclude with a spectacular firework show. Admission is $16.
