Sam Pappas
Sam is known as the "Guru" when it comes to making positive health and fitness changes in your life. If you've ever had trouble reaching your health and fitness goals, Sam is the man that will help you break through the barriers that have been holding you back. He has his Personal Training certification through IFPA and has been a full-time professional personal trainer for the past 6 years. Sam enjoys all motorsports and anything that includes speed (he's a bit of an adrenaline junky). He specializes in training athletes at all levels, including professionals. Holly Childers
Holly is a health and fitness expert. She has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, has been certified through ACSM as a Health/Fitness Instructor and has been working in the wellness industry for over 15 years. Her passion lies in educating people about the TRUTH when it comes to proper nutrition and activity, no matter what your goals are. She is proud to lead by example and enjoys empowering people to make the changes that improve their quality of life. Holly is an active mom of 2 teenagers who has played & coached basketball & softball, won an amateur NPC ha sanctioned figure competition (at the age of 38) and is a certified yoga and spinning instructor. She is serious about making sure you know what you're doing when you are working to achieve your health and fitness goals!
Amy Gates
Amy graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Zoology. While attending the University of Washington, Amy discovered her love for yoga. Amy began attending yoga certifications in Seattle & LA, following one of her mentors, Shiva Rea. "That is how I fell in love with Vinyasa yoga." Amy spent the next several years attending numerous certification & training courses. She holds many certifications in Vinyasa yoga, pre & post-natal yoga, Pi-Yo, kid's yoga, mat & reformer Pilates. Amy has a love for teaching & practicing yoga that extends far beyond the mat, "yoga is a truly moving experience for me, flowing in & out of yoga poses, focusing on the breath & clearing my mind allows me to feel connected to my body, my heart, my soul. Connecting in this way has enhanced all facets of my life. Yoga is a practice, it's a way of life, it's my passion!
Cheryl Gomez
Cheryl is a 200E RYT yoga teacher with a B.S. in Sports Science and minors in both Nutrition and Wellness. She has been teaching and training (and learning and growing) in the health and fitness field for 25 years. Health in its many facets - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual is her constant inspiration, influence and challenge. She loves to share through a variety of venues outside of yoga, including meditation, cooking classes, individualized therapeutic yoga sessions, body work, retreats, workshops on exploring ourselves our actions and challenges. Her yoga classes are eclectic, multi-level, alignment focused and challenging while being accessible; all with the intent to connect to our bodies in a mindful, unique way with the purpose of creating internal dialogue and connection.
