Entry Fee:

*$1,579 per couple with Lake Tower Hotel Accommodations (nights of Friday, August 8 & Saturday, August 9)

$1,099 per couple (without hotel accommodations)

Format:

Individual Stroke Play Best Ball format. Top four couples gross and nets two-day cumulative total scores place (based on full field).

Requirements:

Must posses an active and verifiable USGA handicap index. Amateurs without a handicap will play at scratch. The handicap used will be the most current in effect as of August 7th, 2008.

Maximum Handicap

The maximum allowable will be 30 for men and 36 for women

Prizes will be in the form of pro-shop gift certificates and merchandise

Cancel before July 11, 2008 - Full Refund

Cancel after July 11, 2008 - No Refunds

The Coca-Cola Northwest Couples Classic may be limited to the first 30 couples - full payment must accompany entry form to reserve your place. Entry deadline is August 1st, 2008. Checks will not be deposited and/or credit cards will not be charged until August 1st, 2008 or on the day entry if received after July 11th.
