Bars may stay open a maximum of five hours. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may be, at the hotel management's discretion, impaired or cannot produce identification as proof of legal drinking age. A corkage fee is established at $25 per bottle, for any outside wine brought on to The Coeur d'Alene Resort property.
Wedding ceremonies and receptions may be booked up to one year prior to the event date.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date and facility. All deposited funds will be applied to the final balance. Final payment is required 30 days prior to the vent. Payments may be applied with cash, check or credit card. All payments, including initial deposit, are non-refundable. All payment disputes must be made within 14 days after the event.
Appointments can be scheduled with our florist, Lakeside Floral. The Coeur d'Alene Resort is unable to provide any storage of flowers coming from an outside vendor secured by the bride and groom. Any flowers coming from an outside vendor must be set-up and taken down on the day of your event. The Coeur d'Alene Resort cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage service is subject to a 19% (taxable) service charge and 6% Idaho State sales tax. Ceremony and Reception rooms are subject to 6% Idaho State sales tax. Guaranteed attendance must be received three working days prior to the function or preliminary count will become a guaranteed count. Outside food and beverage is prohibited. Packaging "left over" food from catered events is prohibited.
Welcome gifts can be delivered to guest rooms prior to their arrival at a rate of $2.50 per item. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen gifts or personal items brought to the event by the group or invitees. Should you need to use valet or a bell cart upon arrival for event items, a $5 fee is subject to charge.
White linens and skirting are included for reception dinner tables along with a guest book, gift and wedding cake tables.
Menu Planning/Place Cards
In the event of a choice plated dinner, place cards must be provided to distinguish each guest's entrée choice. All place cards must be alphabetized and given to the Wedding Department Manager no later than 24 hours in advance of the event.
All events being held within The Coeur d'Alene Resort Bay or Bayview Rooms must have musical entertainment completed by 12:00 am. Events held on The Coeur d'Alene Cruise Boats or at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course must have musical entertainment completed by 10:00 pm due to city ordinance.
Event parking fee applies per vehicle at The Coeur d’Alene Resort parking garage. Guests with vehicles staying overnight are subject to a $18 parking fee. There is no charge for event parking at the Hagadone Event Center.
WIth the exception of any individually booked rooms, the hotel will not hold an event room block at the time of the initial booking date. If guest rooms are needed, any requests will be subject to availability and may carry a premium price. A requested room block will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only. Guest room rates will be in effect for the contracted dates of the program. Extensions prior to or past the program dates are subject to room and rate availability. Guest room space and rates are not guaranteed until a separate signed room contract has been returned to The Coeur d'Alene Resort.
Upon receiving a deposit and a menu chosen, a tasting may be arranged for a booked event of 50 guests or more. A tasting session must be scheduled three weeks in advance for a maximum of two guests. Prime Rib is not available for tasting. Alcohol is not available for tasting.
Airport transportation is available at a rate of $69.00 per person, round trip in our Resort Luxury Vans. Transportation is available between The Coeur d'Alene Resort and the Best Western Coeur d'Alene Inn or from The Reosrt to any Hagadone Hospitality restaurant complementary to hotel guests. Arrangements must be made in advance.
