Airline Information
Concourse A & B
Airlines: America West, Delta, Northwest, Skywest, Southwest, United
Flights from Concourse A & B will pick up luggage at Baggage Claim 1, 2 or 3.
After you retrieve your luggage, please proceed through the rental car area to the North end of the building.
Your driver and a dark blue Coeur d'Alene Resort van will be ready outside in the Ground Transportation area.
Concourse C
Airlines: Alaska Airlines, Frontier, Horizon
Flights from Concourse C will pick up luggage at Baggage Claim 4 or 5.
After you retrieve your luggage please proceed outside. Our driver and a dark blue Coeur d'Alene Resort will be
located at the curb directly in front of the baggage claim area.
Airport Transportation Service is on an advance reservation basis. Please contact the Resort Reservations
Department at 800-688-5253 to provide your individual airline information including air carrier, flight number, date and time of arrival and departure.
For groups who will provide an airport Group Arrival/Departure Manifest, please provide no later than 7 days in advance to your Conference Service Manager.

Airport Transportation
Spokane International, Luxury Van service is $59 roundtrip per person (age 17 and under - $10)
Coeur d'Alene Airport, Luxury Van service is $35 roundtrip per person
Stretch Limousine: $250.00 roundtrip up to six passengers
Reservations needed (800) 688-5253 - please provide both arrival and departure flight information at the time of transportation reservation, recommended 7 days prior to arrival
Forms of transportation available through the Resort:
- Resort Luxury Vans: these 6-passenger vans offer closed-circuit televisions, beverage service and leather interior
- Stretch Limousine: our 9-passenger stretch limo is a great way to pick up your VIPs for a terrific first impression!
- Resort Bus: our 36-passenger motorcoach features closed-circuit television, PA system and plush seating
Spokane Airport:
- Meet and Greet Service Staff is available through the Resort. This is a tremendously positive first impression that
you can make to your attendees, advance arrangements needed, $75 per person per hour.
- Arrival at the airport: Guests arriving at the Spokane International Airport (GEG) will find our Transportation Team
ready for their scheduled pickup in the Ground Transportation area, located just past the car rental desks for most flights. For guests
arriving on Alaska/Horizon Airlines flights, our drivers will meet them at their scheduled time just outside the baggage claim area of the "C" Concourse.
- Departure for the airport: Guests are asked to be at the front of the Resort for their scheduled departure time - recommended
departure times are scheduled for departure on the hour at two hours prior to the flight's departure time to allow for both traffic and any congestion at the airport.
Coeur d'Alene Airport:
- Meet and Greet Service Staff is available through the Resort. This is a tremendously positive first impression that
you can make to your attendees, advance arrangements needed, $75 per person per hour.
- Arrival at the airport: Guests arriving by private charter flights can fly into the Coeur d'Alene Airport. Reservations
for Resort Transportation pickups must include the flight's tail number so our drivers can confirm arrival timing to ensure a smooth pickup.
Inbound flights will arrive at either Resort Aviation or Heliprop, please indicate which location in advance.
- Departure for the airport: Guests are asked to be at the front of the Resort for their scheduled departure time - recommended
departure times are scheduled for one half hour prior to the flight's departure time. Departure locations are either Resort Aviation or Heliprop,
please indicate where your guest is to depart from for a smooth experience.
Scheduling your transportation:
- Please note the airport transportation is by advance reservation only, not on a constant loop
- A Group Arrival/Departure Manifest Form is to be completed and given to your Conference Service Manager no later than 7 days prior to your group's
arrival at the Resort. All flight information for both arrival and departure should be given at this time to ensure transportation availability.
- If your guests are responsible for making their own airport transportation arrangements, their transportation reservations should be made 7 days in
advance through our Reservations Department at (800) 688-5253.
