Our full-service audio visual staff can assist you in creating just the right production for your event! From a simple speaking program, to multimedia applications with live video fees and more, our team stands ready to assist!
Your Conference Service Manager will work with you to outline the equipment and staffing needed to pull it all together for you. If we don't have what you need in our own Audio Visual Equipment, we will work with outside vendors to help you find it!

All of the elements of your program are important to give your guest the "finished" feel! Your Conference Service Manager can assist you in finding just the right entertainment to put the energy and focus in motion for your attendees.

Themes and Décor Ideas
Need some creative injected into your program? Your Conference Service Manager can help! Working in conjunction with our onsite floral staff, your Conference Service Manager can add in that extra impact that completes the feel of your event. Lakeside Floral operates out of The Coeur d'Alene Golf & Spa Resort, ready to create anything you desire! Arrangements for individual guests or your speakers are available, as well.
Décor is plentiful for you to incorporate into your plans - whether you know just want you want or need some insight for all of the options that are available, we are ready to assist you. Working with our culinary team, banquet and beverage teams, as well as local suppliers, your Conference Service Manager can help put the sizzle into your event!
Exhibit and Shipping Information
Shipping, inbound and outbound
The Coeur d'Alene Resort has limited storage space and can accept up to fifteen (15) boxes total per conference no sooner than 7 days prior to the start of the conference.
All items within the agreed upon number listed above must be labeled as follows:
Guest Name (who is going to be on-site requesting the package)
Conference Name, c/o Conference Service Manager name

Outside drayage is needed for all conferences expecting large shipments and for all vendor shows.
There is no loading dock, so pallets must be shipped by a truck with a lift gate (no exceptions). Advance arrangements must be made for all pallets or shipments larger than 15 boxes, including your exhibitors. Please contact your Conference Service Manager for appropriate shipping label instructions.
For shipments outbound from the Resort following the conclusion of your program, all boxes must be packed and labeled with the shipment and billing information. To avoid storage charges, all shipments must be picked up no later than 3:00pm on the first business day following the convention conclusion. Failure of convention or of their shipping company to follow this schedule may result in additional storage charges.
Drayage
If your program includes large shipments and/or a vendor show, you will need to work with an outside vendor for in/out drayage for shipments. The contact information is to be provided to, and exact arrival/departure dates of these shipments approved by, your Conference Service Manager.We recommend the following local companies for your program's drayage requirements:

Designgn Events and LCD Expo Services are full-service tradeshow companies and can assist with trade show pipe and drape systems, signage, exhibitor information kits, tradeshow room diagrams and more.
Resort Security
Resort Security is available for trade shows and other events at the rate of $25.00 per hour, per officer. Please contact your Conference Service Manager 10-14 days prior to the event date to schedule this service. For exhibits and events not scheduling Resort Security, please instruct your participants to take their items of value with them at the end of the day for safekeeping.

Photography
For all of your photography needs, our local partner, Quicksilver Studios, is always the right answer!
Whether it's candid shots during your meetings and events, couples' photos, award ceremonies and large group photos, Quicksilver's professional team will add visual impact to your events. Located near the Resort, they offer a quick turn time for items you would like to include as part of your program - a nice take-home item for your guests!

Golf Course
Selected as America's Most Beautiful Resort Course by Golf Digest, The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is a breathtaking location for a one of a kind celebration. The exclusive Golf Course lawn is a unique site set right on the banks of Lake Coeur d'Alene, outlined in tall Douglas Firs, a plush carpet of bent grass, and views of the world famous Floating Green. The Golf Course Lawn and tented pavilion area will set the mood for any style of event, whether the feeling is formal or informal and festive. The Golf Course location is ideal for events between June and early October. We can utilize our charter cruise boats or charter buses to transport your guests to and from the golf course. The existing tent area can accommodate up to 250 with additional seating on the surrounding lawn, and additional tent rental is available. Contact your Conference Service Manager for policies and pricing information on this stunning location!
Private Chartered Cruise
Our fleet of cruise boats provides an on-the-water experience for your guest's anytime of the year. We can accommodate up to 400 people on our largest cruise boat or we can raft two boats together to accommodate up to 750 passengers. Each of the boats has a fully enclosed, seasonally temperature-controlled area below for seating, full food and beverage services and are a great way to see the beauty of the lake. Outdoor Plaza
The outdoor plaza is a convenient and beautiful location for an outdoor event for up to 800 people. It is located on the Resort's impeccably landscaped grounds, featuring lake views and conveniently located allowing attendees more flexibility in their arrival time. Contact your Conference Service Manager for policies and pricing information on this convenient location!
Pool Deck
The pool deck is right off the lobby perched above the lake and can accommodate up to 200 guests reception style. The Floating Stage area is adjacent to the Pool Deck and is a fantastic amphitheater style area for entertainment and additional seating of your guests. Both are conveniently located just off of the Front Desk allowing guests flexibility in their arrival time. Your Conference Service Manager can check availability and discuss the best use of this area for your events.
