Spokane River Rafting
There is nothing better than combining teambuilding with fun in the great outdoors! We can offer half-day adventure of floating and whitewater through the lower Spokane River Gorge or a gentle float (choice of raft or sit-on-top kayak) depending on the season.

Painting with Spirits
You'll create your very own masterpiece during a creative session with a local artist, who will work alongside the group to provide step-by-step guidance. Everything is included to complete your masterpiece... canvas, paint, brushes, easel and paint palette.

Pirates of The Coeur d'Alene
Teams will work closely together to create a colorful tavern, a themed beverage, design costumes for team members, create a display to market their beverage & tavern and finish with a performance by each team to include an original song, rhyme, rap, etc.
Pirates of The Coeur d'Alene is meant to be a loud and festive event , so get ready to have some fun!
Prizes will be awarded for the five categories with an overall grand champion to be announced.

Lake Coeur d'Alene Poker Run
The object of the Lake Coeur d'Alene Poker Run is to win a had of poker. To achieve this, the group must break into teams of 4-7 people, meet at the Boardwalk Marina, hop into beautiful Cobalt boats and travel to the 9 (or less) of the select locations around the lake. Travel on the boats includes snacks, beverages, and a captain. The captain will not help with the planning, but will keep the players from getting lost. The team will collect a card at each stop and have the opportunity to compete in a challenge to win extra cards for the game.
Locations: Boardwalk Marina, The Terraces on the Lake, The Beachouse, The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course, Casco Bay, Cedar's Floating Restaurant, Eddies Restaurant at Arrow Point, Carlin Bay Marina, Shooters Bar & Grill.
Challenges: Catch a fish, eat a worm (actually a gummy worm after committing to eating a real one), questions about your team members, swim a certain distance, drink a shot of liquor, play a hand of Blackjack, solve a puzzle, answer a riddle and more.
All teams have a rendezvous point where they play their best hand of five cards to determine the winner. The Resort, Cedar's Floating Restaurant or The Resort Golf Course
work best for the final location. This can also be a timed event for added pressure and excitement.

Group Development Package
The Group Development Package is designed for groups that are looking to enhance team morale, leadership skills, communication and trust. Our staff will guide your group through
multiple problem solving activities requiring group cooperation and teamwork to complete. We will facilitate your group in the debriefing process and encourage
positive communication about the activities your group has participated in. We can customize the package to meet the desired needs and outcomes of your specific group.

Complete Package
The Complete Package allows your group to participate in low rope elements, team building activities, our high rope elements and our thrilling zip line. This package
is perfect for groups wanting to enhance their team dynamics while experiencing the thrill of being high in the trees, zipping through the air. Our staff members will
facilitate the debriefing process, encourage positive communication in relation to the activities they have participated in and how the experience can impact their everyday
life. We can customize the package to meet the desired needs and outcomes of your specific group.

Time: 3-4 hours (half day), 6-7 hours (full day)

Keep Your Boat A-Float
In this highly entertaining event, participants divide into teams and then have the opportunity to build a real boat constructed from cardboard and other materials. This boat will be built and then evaluated in a number of key areas including presentation, design, marketing and functionality. Each team will be putting one member in the boat to complete in the water, winning the boat race will not guarantee the overall win, but will be factored in.
There will be challenges along the way but nothing uncommon to the business world. Teams will put together a group presentation highlighting their accomplishments, selling their boat to the judges.
You'll be amazed at what can actually float and make it to the finish line (this is literally a sink or swim activity - life jackets are provided).

The "Mini" Ironman Challenge
This is our take on the Ironman Challenge held annually in Coeur d'Alene. This outdoor adventure will consist of three activities. If your group is looking for a physical challenge... this is it!
Utilizing the great outdoors, this team challenge cam be comprised of a variety of activities. You have your choice of kayaking, hiking, biking, running, paddle boarding, swimming, golf, tennis, volleyball or horseshoes.
We will create a mini triathlon course just for your group - not to worry, this is not an over strenuous challenge for the average participant).
Group Size: Up to 25 ppl.

The Coeur d'Alene Amazing Race
The Coeur d'Alene Amazing Race in an outstanding teambuilding event combining communication skills, planning, strategy, teamwork and a race against the clock.
Based on the popular television show, anyone can participate and no special skill set or athletic ability is required. Throughout the course, teams will
come across a variety of signs:
Route Markers - mark the location of additional route information
Road Blocks - outline a specific task one person on each team must complete before proceeding to the next location
Detours - complete one of two task options required before proceeding to the next location
At the conclusion of the race, one team will be the ultimate winner.

Digital Scavenger Hunt
Team members armed with a digital camera, city map and 10-15 clues set off in search of the secret locations. Each team will be given up to 3 hours to decipher their clues and photograph the different locations (photos must include all team members).
The last clue will be the same for all teams; the team who successfully unravels each clue and arrives at the final destination will be declared the winner. At the end of this fun and exciting journey, the digital photos will be downloaded to share wiht the entire group.

Take The Cake
This event is a twist on an interactive and delicious activeity that capitalizes on your team's creativity, sweet tooth and community service. Teams are challenged to design and decorate cakes that reflect their team and theme. At the end of the challenge, finished cakes will be donated to a local school or children's center.
The Coeur d'Alene provides the sheet cakes, decorations and icing teams will use to create a visual and tasty masterpiece. The Coeur d'Alene can arrange with the local charities to receive the cakes or clients can select a group of their choice.
