The Culinary Team at The Coeur d'Alene Resort has an outstanding reputation for providing delicious food and beautiful presentation. Let your Resort Wedding Planner suggest a menu from our extensive published menus or work with our Executive Chef to create a menu just for you. From ethnic offerings to family favorites, the Resort's Culinary Team's talents will make sure your celebration is spectacular! We can recommend any of our six Resort restaurants as the perfect setting for your rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, or for your bridal shower.
Frequently Asked Catering Questions
- What are your tax and gratuity fees on food and beverage menus?
- You will be charged a 19% gratuity tax on all food and beverage ordered. The current State of Idaho sales tax is 6%.
- Are you allowed to bring in your own food or use an outside catering business at the resort?
- Resort policy does not allow any outside catering to be used at any of our locations. Our culinary team is among the best in the Northwest and they would be happy to assist you in preparing a personalized menu.
- Do you charge a corkage fee for wine?
- Yes we do charge a corkage fee of $25 per bottle if guests prefer to bring in their own wine for an event. We would be happy to recommend some of our wines from the Northwest's largest selection to serve you and your guests during your event.
- Is there a cake cutting fee?
- If using our preferred cake vendor, Just American Deserts, our catering team will cut and serve your wedding cake at no charge. A $1.00 per person cake cutting fee will be charged when your cake is brought in by an outside supplier.
