Reservation Policy

As you plan your resort stay, please note the following:

• Preferred Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• An advance deposit equal to the first night's room, tax, and surcharge will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.*
• You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival.*
• Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit.
• An early departure fee may be charged to your hotel account if you check out prior to the confirmed departure date. Please verify your anticipated departure date with the Front Desk to avoid this expense.
• On site overnight parking is available at the Resort Parkade for a nominal fee. Self-park and valet parking options are offered to all Resort guests.
• Please note that all room rates exclude 6% tax and 7% surcharge.

Reservations and advance deposits for holidays and special events may require a larger deposit and may or may not be canceled/refunded. Please contact our Reservations Team for details before booking for holidays or special events.
