Wine Extravaganza 2010
The wine selection will be plentiful with more than 15 featured wineries and 100 varieties of wine available for tastings. A $15 ticket includes a
complimentary wine glass with access to tasting and purchase select wines from around the world. 1:00 - 5:00 PM, at The Plaza Shops in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
Proceeds to benefit the Coeur d'Alene 3C's.

The Great Northwest Paper Airplane Contest
Figpickels Toy Emporium & Papillon Paper Emporium proudly present The Great Northwest Paper Airplane Contest at The Plaza Shops in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Test your aeronautic design skills in contests for all age divisions with prizes awarded for distance, time aloft, best design and entertaining tricks. The contest is from 11 AM - 5 PM. Entries for all individual divisions are $1 per category. Team Division entry is $5 per team. Register by March 14.

The Coeur d'Alene Blues Festival
The festivities begin with a boat cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Friday at 7:30 pm with The Fat Tones. The Coeur d'Alene Convention Center will feature The Big Mumbo Blues Band, The Red hot Blues Sisters, Curtis Salgado and Randy Oxford Band at 7:00 pm on Saturday night. Nu Jack City will play Friday and Saturday night at the Shore Lounge. The Blues Pass for all events is available at The Coeur d'Alene Reosrt Buisness Center or at Ticketswest for $29.

Spring Concert
Northwest Secred Music Chorale at The KROC Center hosts The Spring Concert, featuring Jackson and Almeda Berkey of Mannheim Steamroller. This not-to-be-missed concert will fall on Palm Sunday weekend and will serve as a powerful introduction to Holy Week for the entire family.

Opening Day 4th Annual Scotch Open Golf Festival
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course opens for the 2010 season with a day celebrating the traditions of Scotland, the homeland of golf. Festivities begin on the practice range at 9:00 am with a live Bigpipe Band. Shotgun Start the day of golf at 10:00 am with samples of fine Scotch Whiskey abailable for sampling throught the day.
