In addition to a variety of treatments to suit your group, The Spa offers salon services as well as several other amenities, including a fitness center with a pool and lounge areas for those who enjoy quiet solitude. We encourage our guests to arrive early or stay late to take advantage of these areas.

Fitness classes such as Zumba, Cut to the Core and Stretch & Tone are also available for groups desiring to add a fitness element to their Spa activities. The availability is limited and must be arranged in advance with the Spa Coordinator.

Group Policies:

  • For groups looking for a Spa Coeur d'Alene Experience, we ask that you please call for arrangements at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance.
  • Treatments that have been selected and confirmed may not be changed on the day of scheduled services.
  • Group bookings are confirmed two weeks prior to the date of services, at which point all charges must be confirmed to avoid a charge equivalent to 50% of the confirmed services. A full cancellation fee will be charged for any services cancelled or unutilized within 24 hours of the date of service.

Group Guidelines:

  • Guests must be a minimum of 12 years of age for teen services and 16 years of age for all other services.
  • The Spa is a non-smoking environment
  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant guests.
  • Mobile phone use is prohibited in The Spa and Salon areas. All mobile electronic devices should be turned off prior to entering the reception area.
  • Treatment times are based on availability and may change as scheduling is requires.
  • When scheduling treatments, requests for male or female therapists are optional, however, we cannot guarantee this request at all times. All of our therapists are highly skilled professionals, well-trained in draping techniques to provide you with the utmost comfort for your spa experience. Leaving your therapist gender request open allows us to schedule better appointment availability options.
  • We encourage guests to utilize the lockers provided to keep their personal possessions secure. Please do not leave small items such as jewelry in robe pockets. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
