One of my favorite trips every year is to get back to where I grew up – The Pacific Northwest. This summer I was able to fit in a couple nights with golf at The Coeur d’Alene Resort – a truly one of a kind experience highlighted with stunning views and bucket list golf. The golf course is one of my favorites – a fun 18-hole layout accommodated by a great forecaddie that always seems to move at a comfortable pace around beautiful Coeur d’Alene lake.
In addition to some great golf, I was quite impressed how The Resort was handling COVID-19. The entire resort was very clean making it apparent that the safety of the guests was a top priority. Here’s a few things that really stood out: non-invasive infrared thermometer check upon entrance, all staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer stations throughout the resort and “white coat specialists” – who’s main job was to clean high touch areas.
The Coeur d’Alene Resort was a terrific experience – a lakeside escape I was in need of.
