But it doesn’t have to be that way! At the Coeur d’Alene Resort, Live Well Retreats are pre-planned to take the work out of your vacation, eliminating the need for decisions altogether.

Live Well Retreats are monthly, wellness-focused getaways designed to help you escape the stress of daily life and recharge amidst natural beauty. Your only job is to arrive at the Resort and enjoy the retreat, knowing that it’s made for you!


Each itinerary is designed around a clever theme to fit a season, holiday, or in-demand activity. Then, excursions, classes, spa treatments, and activities are carefully woven together to create the ideal healthy, self-paced getaway. You’ll find everything from snowshoeing classes and hot tub infinity pool soaks in winter to paddle board yoga and golf lessons in summer.
