We invite you to join us on Friday, April 6 & Saturday, April 7 for our first annual Food & Wine Festival at The Coeur d’Alene Resort! This weekend festival features wine tasting seminars, cooking classes by award-winning chefs, intimate luncheons with hand-selected wine pairings, and two unforgettable chef dinners. The Festival culminates on Saturday at the Lakeside Dinner Experience held at the magnificent Hagadone Event Center, overlooking beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Join regionally-renowned chefs and award-winning wine makers, including Barrister Winery, Doubleback, Coeur d'Alene Cellars Winery, Maryhill Winery Spokane, Townshend Cellar, Castaway Cellars and Latah Creek Winery, who will delight your taste buds and awaken your senses.

Friday, April 6
Taste at Twilight Opening Reception | 6:00 - 10:00 PM
Guests delight in tastings from local craft breweries and exclusive wineries paired with delicious delicacies created by Executive Chef Rod Jessick and Chef Bill Hill. Enjoy live music and a roof top bartender competition, all taking place on the second floor of The Coeur d’Alene Resort’s Lakeview Terrace. Tickets: $49.
Saturday, April 7
Champagne Brunch | 7:00 - 9:30 AM
Enjoy locally sourced and creatively inspired breakfast cuisine, featuring a served yogurt breakfast bar, gourmet cooking stations and homemade pastries and desserts. Breakfast will be paired with an indulgent Mimosa bar and live music. Tickets: $55.
Coeur d'Alene Cooking Demonstrations and Education Options | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
A wide variety of specialty presentations are available on Saturday morning, including: in-kitchen cooking demonstrations by Executive Chef Rod Jessick and Beverly’s Executive Chef Jim Barrett, Coeur d'Cocktails, Kombucha creation and our Sip of Beverly’s wine tasting. Each program is $35 or included with the All-Access Festival Pass. Two one-hour class options are offered each hour.

Coeur d'Alene Cellars Wine Tasting Lunch at The Cedar's Floating Restaurant | 1:30 - 3:30 PM
Enjoy deluxe Resort transportation to the world famous Cedars Floating Restaurant and enjoy a 3-course wine pairing lunch prepared by Executive Chef Andy Coleman. Tickets: $65.
Lakeside Dinner Experience | 6:00 - 10:00 PM
Enjoy a spectacular evening on Lake Coeur d’Alene! Start the experience aboard a Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruise boat for a 45 minute cruise around the lake with live music by KOSH and culinary stations. Step off the boat and make your way up the path to the breathtaking Hagadone Event Center for a 4-Course wine pairing dinner, artfully prepared by our panel of All Star Chefs. Guests will enjoy dinner on long communal tables while interacting with the Chefs and winemakers alike. After dinner, enjoy live musical entertainment and a sample of the cocktail winner from Friday night’s bartender competition. Tickets: $125.
