Coeur d’Alene has four distinct seasons. Summers are warm and ideal for lake activities, while winters are colder and create opportunities for seasonal programming. For planning purposes, spring and fall are often attractive for leadership retreats, regional meetings, and value-focused programs, while summer is strongest for lakefront incentive travel and weddings.
Outdoor and indoor-outdoor venues are a major part of The Coeur d’Alene Resort experience. Options include the Hagadone Event Center & Garden, Lakeview Terrace, Front Lawn, lake cruise events, Bayview rooms with lake views, and other lakeside settings. Looking ahead, the future Azul Rooftop at The Sherman Tower will add another elevated outdoor-style venue option for memorable receptions and special events. For weddings, the Hagadone Event Center & Garden is a 7,000-square-foot premium indoor-outdoor lakefront venue with retractable glass walls, two indoor fireplaces, and seating for up to 300 guests.

The Resort team can provide a customized quote based on the best overall fit for your program, helping planners evaluate the right space, experience, and value for their group.
