Meeting & Convention Planners

The Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa and group retreats complement each other in an inspiring lakeside setting. Nourish your relationships with private yoga classes, treat a VIP to an inspiring service or connect after a restorative massage. Allow your group to find to balance —whether it’s adventure, relaxation or both—to make the most of your journey together.

Please note that availability is limited and must be arranged in advance with the Spa Coordinator.

Group Policies

  • For Guests looking for a Group Spa Experience, we ask that you please call for arrangements at least 6–8 weeks in advance.
  • Treatments that have been selected and confirmed may not be changed on the day of scheduled services.
  • Group bookings are confirmed two weeks prior to the date of services, at which point all charges must be confirmed to avoid a charge equivalent to 50% of the confirmed services.
  • We require 48-hour advance notice for changes or cancelations to appointments held by parties six or more.
  • A full cancellation fee will be charged for any services canceled or unused within 24 hours of the date of service.
  • Groups of six or more will have an automatic gratuity of 20% added to their services.
