Live Well Retreat Host
A Pacific Northwest native, Cally King was raised in an active outdoor recreation environment. Cycling, hiking, rock climbing and backpacking nurtured an enduring love for nature and thrills alike, in which Cally finds the best way to achieve balance in life is to combine ‘fitness’ with ‘fun’. With a passion for health and wellness, Cally is excited to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with Retreat Guests traveling from both near and far.

Berni Campbell

Spa Director
After over 20 years of dedication to the field of Spa and Wellness, Berni Campbell has a tremendous passion for simply helping people feel better. It does not matter if it is physical, mental or spiritual, Berni enjoys assisting our Guests in finding the time to simply relax and rejuvenate. As a busy mother and avid horseback rider, Berni finds it important to take time to unwind and revitalize your body.

Emily Hudson

Yoga Instructor & Meditation Teacher
Emily Hudson is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher. Her 12 years of practice and 700+ hours of training, teaching, and retreat experience have taken her from California to Costa Rica to Coeur d'Alene. Attentive to alignment, inspired by the healing power of breath, and passionate about poetic themes, classes with Emily are equal parts uplifting and relaxing. After a decade away from her home state of Idaho, she is now teaching for local studios, corporations, and The Coeur d'Alene Resort.

Amy Gates

Yoga Instructor & Meditation Teacher
Amy Gates is devoted student of yoga and local studio owner. She is deeply honored to teach the practice that she loves. Amy began practicing yoga in 1993 while attending University of Washington and began teaching in 2002 when she moved to Coeur d'Alene. Amy is a health and wellness enthusiast and a true believer that the mindful breath based movement of yoga and meditation is life changing. Amy is passionate about alignment and inspired by heart based themes and devotional practice. She is excited and honored to share her love of yoga with the community of Coeur d'Alene and also those lucky to be visiting beautiful North Idaho and The Coeur d’Alene Resort. When she is not teaching & studying yoga, you will find Amy enjoying time with family and friends, poetry for inspiration, reading, art, fresh air, hiking Tubbs Hill and anything on or near water.
