Culinary TEAM

Our culinary team is led by Executive Chef Bill Hill who has been in the culinary industry for 35 years and 34 of those years have been with the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Bill started in the hospitality industry while attending college to pay his rent and schooling by taking a dishwasher position at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. It was so much fun that he decided to stay with the company. Bill’s favorite part about his job is coming up with fresh and innovative menus daily and working off the property on large-scale events and weddings.
