To ensure a smooth process on your wedding day, a professional wedding planner is required for all events taking place at the Hagadone Event Center. Wedding planners must be from the preferred vendor list.
Your Professional Wedding Coordinator Will:
- Assist with etiquette and guidance for your invitations, family matters, bridal party, ceremony, and toasts
- Create a timeline for your entire wedding day, including the ceremony and reception
- Work with you to organize and coordinate your ceremony’s rehearsal (confirm with Resort)
- Confirm details with any contracted vendors in advance to the day of the wedding
- Be the liaison to your family, wedding party, band/DJ, florist, photographer, rental company, officiant, and The Resort
- Deliver and arrange ceremony programs, place cards, favors, and any additional personal items

- Coordinate your actual ceremony by arranging the bridal party, assisting the bride with the dress, cueing the music, etc.
- Coordinate your grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cutting of the cake, and any other events throughout your wedding reception
- Coordinate with contracted vendors, the Wedding Event Manager, and Banquet Captain to ensure the timeliness of your event
- Make arrangements to deliver all personal items, wedding gifts, and envelopes to the appropriate location at the conclusion of the event
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Wedding Team Will:
- Answer any questions, provide event suggestions and act as your primary hotel contact throughout the planning process
- Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections
- Outline the event specifications, menus, and events
- Oversee the set-up of the contracted event space for the rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception, and any other events at The Resort
- Ensure a seamless transition to The Resort’s Banquet Captain on the day of your event
- Recommend Resort Contacts to assist you with arrangements for golf, spa, and transportation
Ceremony & Reception PACKAGES
SPRING, SUMMER & FALL CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PACKAGE
May 1 - October 31
Wedding Package Includes:
- Combined 6 hours for ceremony and reception at the Hagadone Event Center and Garden
- A professional wedding planner is required for this location.
- Wedding planners must be from the preferred vendor list unless otherwise approved by the wedding department.
- Complimentary on-site changing rooms for Bride and Groom available three hours prior to ceremony
- All outside services must be provided onsite by a professional vendor and must be scheduled and coordinated with The Coeur d’Alene Resort Wedding team for setup and teardown.
- Garden ceremony seating with Resort white resin chairs (Up to 300 Guests)
- In case of inclement weather the ceremony will be held inside the Event Center.
- Weather call at the discretion of the wedding department.
- Standard Resort white linen provided for all wedding setup.
- Dinner tables of 8 with white linens, china, silverware, glassware and Resort banquet chairs
- Banquet staff
- Complimentary parking at the Hagadone Event Center
- Complimentary room for the Bride and Groom’s wedding night with turn down service
WINTER CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PACKAGE
November 1 - April 30
The Winter Package includes all of the services listed above with the exception of the following seasonal modifications:
- Combined ceremony and reception seating up to 150 guests
- Limited ceremony seating with Resort chairs
Premium rental fees will apply for all events held on holidays. Please inquire about pricing.
All food and beverage services are required to be provided by The Coeur d’Alene Resort. Bar services are available for an additional fee. Transportation services from The Resort to the Hagadone Event Center are available for an additional fee.

Whether it’s a dessert social on the Lakeview Terrace with house-made marshmallows for a S’mores Bar … Sips ‘n Snacks aboard one of our five lake cruise boats or taking in the scenic beauty of Lake Coeur d’Alene 17 floors up in one of our Penthouse Suites for a post-wedding brunch; the Coeur d’Alene Resort Wedding Teams says the sky is the limit.
