The Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa and group retreats complement each other in an inspiring lakeside setting. Nourish your relationships with private yoga classes, treat a VIP to an inspiring service or connect after a restorative massage. Allow your group to find to balance - whether it’s adventure, relaxation or both - to make the most of your journey together. Please note that availability is limited and must must be arranged in advance with the Spa Coordinator.
GROUP POLICIES
- For Guests looking for a Group Spa Experience, we ask that you please call for arrangements at least 6–8 weeks in advance.
- We require putting a credit card on file at the time of booking.
- Treatments that have been selected and confirmed may not be changed on the day of scheduled services.
- Group bookings are confirmed two weeks before the date of services, at which point all charges must be confirmed to avoid a charge equivalent to 50% of the confirmed services.
- We require 48-hour advance notice for changes or cancelations to appointments held by parties six or more.
- A full cancellation fee will be charged for any services canceled or unused within 24 hours of the date of service.
- Groups of six or more will have an automatic gratuity of 20% added to their services.
