We recommend wearing a secure, comfortable swimsuit along with warm, lightweight synthetic layers designed for use in the water, particularly during cooler fall and winter weather. Rash guards, fitted synthetic swim shirts, and similar quick-drying layers are encouraged for additional warmth and coverage

Guests are also encouraged to bring their robe from their hotel room for warmth before and after the experience.

Your ears may be slightly submerged during portions of the treatment; optional earplugs will be provided

No, this experience is not recommended for prenatal guests.

Guests with pre-existing health conditions are advised to consult their physician prior to booking. A waiver will be required prior to participation.

You are welcome to remain at the Blu Infinity Pool for as long as you would like following your massage! Standard pool hours begin at 4:00 PM. Whenever you are ready to depart, simply call the Bell Desk for a complimentary van shuttle back to the resort.

In the event of inclement weather, your experience may be canceled. Should this occur, our Pool Manager will contact you directly, and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: For guest-initiated cancellations unrelated to weather, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 7 or more days prior: Full refund
• 48 hours to 7 days prior: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours prior: No refund

Yes, secure lockers and restroom facilities are available for guest use during the experience. No showers are available onsite
